This Chanel arrived with burned leather, a stained lining, and significant wear.
Gideon, head of alterations, replaced the damaged leather panel with a custom, colour-matched piece, carefully crafted to blend seamlessly with the original design. Jenny, then cleaned, conditioned and recoloured the exterior leather and lining.

Bottega Veneta Handbag restoration
We received this beautiful Bottega Veneta handbag, that had signs of wear and tear, and some of the braided leather needed repair.
One of the main issues that can arise with braided leather is the potential for the individual links or strands to become damaged over time. Whether it's from regular use, accidental snags, or exposure to the elements, the delicate leather can start to fray, loosen, or even break. These damages can affect the overall appearance of your bag and, in severe cases, compromise its structural integrity.
Early detection of issues like fraying or loosening links can prevent further damage and make repairs more manageable.
Jenny patched the areas where the leather was damaged and frayed and finalised the work by doing a restorative clean and a colour retouch, making sure that the colour matched with the original colour of the bag.

We received this beautiful Bottega Veneta bag for a colour change.
Our customer loved the bag; however, they wanted a colour change to make it more versatile.
They requested a shift from cream/white to a French navy colour to match their leather jacket, which they left with us for reference.
Jenny performed a colour change, ensuring it matched the jacket's tone.
The transformation is remarkable, with the bag now showcasing a beautiful new navy hue.

Chanel black handbag restoration
We received this classic Chanel handbag that showed signs of wear and tear, along with overall discoloration throughout the leather. The restoration work began with our leather specialist, Gideon, recrafting the piping and the leather straps. To complete the job, Jenny performed a restorative clean and a colour touch-up, matching the original black colour of the bag. This transformation turned the bag from a very washed-out and used condition to a great condition, ensuring our customer will be able to use and enjoy it for many more years to come.

Bottega Veneta bag restoration
We received this gorgeous Bottega Veneta bag that was in need of a complete restoration.
The bag showed signs of wear and tear, with faded leather and a broken patch on the woven leather. Additionally, the handle needed reattachment.

Chanel bag restoration
We received this Chanel bag with a damaged lining.
While the leather on the outside of the bag was in very good condition, the lining had deteriorated over the years.

You guys do such an excellent job, your workmanship is top notch, but, without a doubt this Chanel is a fake, sorry but it is.
What would a restoration like this cost? My similar bag is over 19 yrs old and the lining has not deteriorated at all.
