Delivery Instructions

Our pick up and delivery service operates within 2 hour windows on weekdays from 9am – 3pm. Currently we do not offer same day service. Urgent orders are completed within 1 – 2 days. Standard orders are completed over 3 – 4 days.

Refund / Returns policy

Processing

Orders are non-refundable once payment is made online and item(s) are delivered to our workshop for processing. In the event that the condition of an item is outside the scope of the service package selected, an option will be provided to either upgrade the package or cancel the order. In the latter case a full refund will be provided not including the transport fee.

Returns

If you’re not satisfied with your order, first please send relevant photos of your item(s) to support@evans.com.au with your full name and reference number in the subject line. If your order satisfies our returns criteria (www.evans.com/constumer-support), we’ll provide you with a coupon to resend your item(s) free of charge to our workshop for re-processing.

Damage to an Item

We take the utmost care in delivering items to and from our workshop, however sometimes accidents happen. In the unlikely event that your items are irreversibly damaged in transit or during processing, we’ll refund the cost of the service package and reimburse you the cost of the item.
