We received a Chanel denim handbag with some noticeable marks.

The bag had a large stain on the bottom and a smaller mark on the front. These types of stains can happen, especially on areas that come into contact with surfaces.

Jenny, performed a restorative clean and a colour retouch to seamlessly blend the affected areas and restore the bag's original vibrancy. To finish up the work, Jenny applied a waterproof treatment.

We recently had the pleasure of restoring this stunning red Hermès bag—a true statement piece showcasing the iconic craftsmanship Hermès is renowned for.

While this vibrant bag had been well cared for, signs of wear were visible on parts of the leather, particularly the handles and closure strap.
The handles needed fresh wax due to slight separation in the leather, and the closure strap showed wear from friction with the hardware—a common issue over time.

To bring the bag back to its original condition, Luke began by applying fresh wax to the handles to repair and strengthen them. Jenny then performed a restorative clean and colour retouch, ensuring the new colour matched the bag’s original tone.
To complete the restoration, the bag was waterproofed—an essential step to protect it from stains and water damage.

To finalise the restoration, she applied a high-quality waterproof spray—an essential step in caring for any designer bag, that helps protect the bag from water damage, stains, and general wear.
